How long is the Swordfish charter? A swordfish charter is about 10-12 hours long. It is not recommended for families with children. We generally don’t fish for swordfish during the winter due to a little choppier weather, but when the winds stop it is possible if the timing is right! If you don’t want to fish at night, swordfish can also be caught during the day. It is performed quite differently from nighttime fishing, but has proven to be very productive.

Is there any beer allowed? Yes.

What is your rescheduling policy? It can be discussed with Capt. Beau.

Do we provide everything: licenses, bait, tackle, rods etc. correct? Yes, but you are welcome to bring your own favorite rod/reel and tackle.

When is the best time to fish? Today!

What are the starting times for morning and afternoon fishing? 8AM or Noon.

What is the success rate like? It is dependent on the species. Best to discuss with Capt. Beau regarding any particular species.

Age requirements? None.

What are the popular fishes people eat? Grouper, snapper and tuna.

Where can guests get fish cleaned? Captain Beau will clean your fish and put them in bags for your cooler.

Will you need a cooler and ice? If you plan to keep any fish, you will need the appropriately sized cooler. The ice is available for purchase at the marina.

What do they do with the fish if they want to keep it? The fish will go in the boat cooler until we arrive back to the dock where it will be cleaned (if desired) and placed into bags to go in your cooler and ice.
